British Airways Holidays launch flash sale – with cheap breaks this summer from £199pp including flights

BRITISH Airways have launched a flash sale on package holidays for August and September.

The airline is offering a range of breaks to places like Malaga, Majorca, Corfu and Ibiza between August 1 and September 30.

You’ll have to be quick though, as the sale, which includes flight only, holidays and fly-drive prices, only runs from today until July 23.

Trips from £299pp in August include seven nights at either the 3-star Las Rampas in Malaga, the 3-star Sol Cala Dor Apartments in Majorca or the 3-star Oasis Hotel in Corfu, all including return flights from Heathrow and 23kg luggage allowance.

Alternatively, there are £399 week-long breaks that same month to the 4-star Baia di Ulisse Wellness & Spa in Sicily, also inclusive of Heathrow flights and luggage allowance.

In September, seven nights at either the 3-star Mediterranean Blue or the 3-star Playasol Riviera in Ibiza will cost from £199pp, including Heathrow flights and luggage.

Or, there are fly drives – with flights and seven days of car hire in Malaga and Corfu from £99pp, or Ibiza and Majroca from £119pp.

September flights are also being included in the sale, with return flights from Heathrow to Malaga from £24.99pp each way, travelling 16-20 September, or return flights from £29.99 each way to Corfu, Majorca and Ibiza.

When customers spend more than £1,000 per person on a package holiday or car drive in Europe during the sale, they are also being given free access to the Galleries Club Lounge at London Heathrow Terminal 5.

Prices were correct at time of publication.

BA are currently offering customers the opportunity to change the dates and destination of their booking without incurring a change fee, although they will need to pay any difference in price for the new flight before April 30, 2021.

Alternatively, customers can also cancel their booking and get a voucher for the same value towards a future flight before April 30, 2021.

British Airways have resumed flying from this month at at 50 per cent capacity, but warned passenger numbers won't return to normal until 2023.

British Airways ran a limited service during the pandemic, primarily for bringing stranded tourists home.

The airline stopped all flights to and from London Gatwick, and reduced its routes from London Heathrow.
