This is the most dramatic Airbnb listing of all time.
The mansion from “The Bachelor” is available for fans to rent for $6,000 a night, but it’s BYOR: Bring Your Own Roses.
Usually, the Villa de la Vina, known on the show as Bachelor Mansion, is used as the primary filming location for “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette.” But due to the coronavirus pandemic, neither show is using the manse right now. Instead, Clare Crawley and Tayshia Adams’ season of “The Bachelorette,” which is currently airing, filmed at a La Quinta resort in Palm Springs, California.
Filming for Matt James’ upcoming season of “The Bachelor” is currently underway and is rumored to be located in Pennsylvania.
Set in Agoura Hills, California, the home boasts 7 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. It can comfortably house 13 guests and includes a swimming pool, two hot tubs, a pool table and hand-crafted furniture. There are three king beds, three queen beds and one full bed. The home is typically occupied by a local family when the show isn’t filming — they live in a hotel when the show takes over, the owners told ABC News.
“Nestled on a beautiful 10 acre property, Villa de la Vina is situated within the Santa Monica Mountains of Malibu. It offers 10,000 square feet of interior space and 20,000 square feet of outside space,” its description said. “This 200-year-old Mediterranean-style revival house, with its one-of-a-kind pool and romantic archways, exudes the rich feeling of a picturesque hideaway with canyon, mountain and vineyard views.”
In addition to the hefty price tag, the mansion comes with some strict rules: No parties, professional photography or videography are allowed. “If this rule is not followed you will be shut down immediately and the police will be called for trespassing,” the listing said.
Any surprise guests not registered to be on the property will be told to leave and subjected to fines. And anyone asked to stay? No promises on free roses.
