A three-bedroom property is on the market for an eye-watering £250,000.
The detached home is located next to the New Malton Cemetery in North Yorkshire.
It is being sold by the town's council in a bid to fund graveyard improvement work.
The house is called Malton Lodge and it is right next to a cemetery.
After the home failed to gain much attention, the council is giving away a free burial plot as an optional extra.
But only if the "owner wishes to have this included".
The house itself looks incredible and provides plenty of opportunity for redecorating to make feel like a home.
On the ground floor there is an entrance hallway, a sitting room, a kitchen and a dining room too.
If you go up a level, you will find three bedrooms and one bathroom.
Then outside, there is a courtyard with outbuildings and an enclosed garden.
According to Rightmove, there's "scope to incorporate a driveway from the tree-lined avenue for off-street parking".

In terms of location, there's a graveyard on your doorstep with the market town of Malton nearby.
There are supermarkets, shops, artisan food producers and easy access to the railway station.
The station provides regular services to York, Leeds, Manchester and even Liverpool.
And let's not forget, when you buy the home you get a free burial plot from the cemetery.
Malton Town Council says the sale of the property will help to pay for restoring the main cemetery gates and two chapels.
Mayor of Malton councillor Paul Emberley said: "An opportunity arose earlier this year to sell the property, which had been continually occupied for about 20 years, when our tenant decided to move on to another part of town.
"Members subsequently made a decision to sell the asset earlier this year as part of a wider investment programme."
