The most reduced properties for sale have been revealed, proving a window shopping opportunity for homebuyers hoping to bag themselves a bargain.

The asking prices on the properties for sale on Zoopla have been cut from between 40 per cent and 50 per cent.

In one case, it translates into a reduction of almost £1million on a Grade II listed Georgian manor once owned by the aristocracy.

Daniel Copley, of Zoopla, said: ‘Despite house price growth across the UK currently sitting at 8.4 per cent, there’s still a chance to grab a bargain in locations across the country with some properties currently benefitting from price reductions of up to 50 per cent. 

‘If you’re on the hunt for a reduced property, ensure you frequently check online to spot properties that are recently reduced and don’t forget to set up email alerts for properties that match what you’re looking for.’
