However, the stunning star didn’t always have such confidence, and has previously opened up about her whopping eight stone weight loss.
Mrs Hinch before her weight loss
Mrs Hinch has previously admitted that she was insecure about her weight and resorted to wearing baggy clothes in order to “fit in”.
She explained that she gained a lot of weight in her late teens, regularly eating McDonald’s after passing her driving test.
In an interview with You Magazine, she said: “Before I knew it, I was eating for what felt like eating’s sake. I was getting pizzas and deliveries. I love food, even now.”
Revealing the moment she realised she had to make a change, she said it came when she failed to fit on a ride at Southend-on-Sea’s Adventure Island theme park.

“It hits me,” she opened up. “The stares, the way people look at you.”
Discussing body image, Sophie added: “Body shaming angers me, because even if you lose the weight you never forget the comments.
“I’m still not 100 per cent confident with my body but I’m getting there.”
How Mrs Hinch lost the weight
Mrs Hinch took out a bank loan of £6,000 to have a gastric band fitted at the age of 21, but two years later it had slipped and lodged in her oesophagus.
After an emergency operation, the gastric band is still in her body but has been unclipped so that it no longer works.
Despite losing eight stone while the band was fitted correctly, she mused: “The surgery works for some people. But for me, if I had known the complications and the risks, I wouldn’t have done it.”
Mrs Hinch’s surgery scars
The 30 year old had excess skin removal surgery in 2016 after losing weight from having the gastric band fitted.
She candidly posted about this on her Instagram Stories recently, writing: "In all honesty, I also like this dress because it also covers my arms.
"Lots of you already know about this because it's written in my first book but I had surgery on my arms once so I of course have been left with scarring but this dress makes me feel like my arms are covered."
Zooming in on her arm scar, she continued: "Maybe this is a strange picture but… THIS IS ME and I think it's so important for people to remember that everyone has their own story to tell, we are all special in our own way."
