Amy Childs is determined to "get back into shape" after confessing she wasn't happy with the way she looks.

She took to Instagram to reveal all about her new fitness plan which she had compiled with her new personal trainer Rob Swaine, that included completely cutting out booze, eating 1,200 calorie meals and working out at least three times a week.

The mum of two, who is loved up with her boyfriend Tim, shared that she had been "very lazy" and wanted to invite her followers to join her in her diet journey.

“Ok I’m not going to lie it has been really hard getting back, I found my first session with @robswainept very difficult, however I’m back on it, I am the biggest I have ever been and hate the way my body is, everyone follow my fitness journey!”

Amy explained that she was planning on training three times a week, as well as completing some online classes with Rob and "following a very strict diet".

The reality star has previously spoken about her weight loss journey, having spent six months in 2019 transforming her body following the birth of her second child, a son called Rich.

She said at the time posting a before and after snap of her body: "After having my second baby I just wanted to take my time getting back in shape. My body had been through a lot having two babies in 2 years and I didn’t want to give into the pressure to bounce back into my skinny jeans straight away.

She added: "My youngest is now 1, I’ve still enjoyed the odd Prosecco here and there (you know I love it!) but I’ve working out at home for 30 minutes most days over the last 6 months, eating healthily and I’m so proud of myself for what I’ve achieved. I feel the best I’ve felt literally in years and I know that if I can do it anyone can"
