HUN wines are a UK company who boast that they are the first fair trade, vegan friendly

The company say that they “spotted a gap in the market” when they first thought to ditch glass bottles and sell their wines exclusively in cans.

HUN was launched in April 2020 by entrepreneur Mark Woollard and features bosses from Red Bull and Waitrose on its board of Directors.

Since its launch, HUN has gained quite the celebrity fan base. Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden raved about the drink whilst cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

The presenter said: “I’m totally embracing cooking from scratch, tonight it’s a Mexican, and I have a vegan wine on the go which is brand new and it’s called HUN. It tastes delicious, and it’s only 69 calories, and this is not an ad.”

Holly Willoughby andPhillip Schofield also spoke about the wine on This Morning, with Phillip coining HUN the “best wine so far in a tin,” and the wine won over Holly despite not typically enjoying rosé.

Love Island stars Josh Denzel, and Wes Nelson have also been pictured enjoying the drink, with Josh writing: “We see you HUN,” whilst Wes sat on a rooftop with cans of HUN by his side.

The cans currently come in either South African Sauvignon Blanc, Pale Rosé or Low-Calorie Sparkling Rosé.

They are sold in either in multipacks of six for £18.99 or a single can for £2.50.

Entries close March 9 and the winner will be announced March 16.
