The 30 year old shared the before and after photos of the latest stage to her dedicated home Instagram account @thecrosbymanor.

Writing alongside a before and after snap of her new games room, the reality star declared that this was now her favourite space in the house.

“I truly think that this room is my ultimate favourite room in the house. It is the epitome of all things fun! And you wouldn’t believe how long we spend playing bloody darts! Guys invest in a dartboard believe me they are fun! LMAO,” she posted.

Charlotte explained that the place was previously used as the dining room before she knocked down the walls and transformed the space.

"This room actually used to be the dining room. It wasn’t in any way open plan and was just a room right at the back of the house! That honestly I never really used," she wrote.

Charlotte then shared how she saw in the New Year dancing in the room with her boyfriend, Liam Beau.

"I cannot wait until all of this is over and more bodies can join us for dancing, bag karaoke and darts," she added with a nod to the current coronavirus restrictions.

Meanwhile, the reality star has previously shared pictures from the adjoining bar area, which looks straight out a boutique hotel.

The £1 million mansion in Sunderland now features its own bar space to rival any A-list cocktail bar.

Not complete without a few personal touches, the tropical-inspired space features a neon sign instructing Charlotte's house guests to "get weird".

Writing alongside the before and after images, the Geordie Shore star said she was "buzzing" about the results.

“I’m absolutely buzzing about my bar! It feels like something straight out of a cute boutique hotel,” she wrote.

The stunning area features an array of botanical plants and is finished in chic dark wood to match the wall panels.

Fans may have spotted several plants around the home; however, Charlotte admitted that they wouldn’t need watering as they are all artificial.

“You may have noticed my whole house is now a botanical garden of beautiful trees and plants. I found the most amazing place that does the most incredible real looking artificial plants!

“I am useless and knowing me I would kill every single one-off as I’m useless LOL,” she shared on her page.

Previously, Charlotte shared an update from the new open plan kitchen and living area, and the results were equally incredible.
