B&M has brought back its popular gin and tonic advent calendar so you can start getting into the festive spirit.
The boozy calendar contains 12 bottles of gin, including popular brands such as Bombay Sapphire, Gordon's and Tanqueray.
It also comes with 12 bottles of Franklin & Sons tonic, so you can celebrate with a G&T in the run-up to Christmas Day.
The calendar costs the same as last year’s version and is once again priced at £34.99.
The gins are largely the same as 2019, although there isn't JJ Whitley Elderflower or JJ Whitley London Dry gins.
Instead, the calendar contains JJ Whitley Violet gin and The Lakes Sloe gin liqueur.
What’s included in the B&M gin and tonic calendar?
HERE are all the gins you’ll get in the B&M calendar.
- Beefeter London Dry
- Bombay Sapphire London Dry
- Martin Miller
- Hayman’s London Dry
- The Lakes Sloe Gin Liqueur
- Belgravia London Dry
- Greenall’s Original
- Tanqueray London Dry
- JJ Whitley Violet
- Greenall’s Wild Berry
- Gordon’s Pink
- Gordon’s London Dry
The mini bottles contain 50ml each, meaning they're twice the size of a shot and should mix nicely with the 150ml bottles of tonic.
Just be aware that the calendar isn't the cheapest way to get your G&T fix.
If you’re buying all 12 of the 50ml bottles individually, they’ll cost you around £27.23.
You can also pick up a litre of tonic water from Asda from as little as 35p for its own-brand version.
Gin drinkers will also obviously pay more to buy large bottles of all the gins – a 700ml bottle of the gins included in the calendar will set you back between £13.99 and £22 each.
But the calendar could be a fun way for you to explore new gins before investing in a bigger bottle.
The B&M gin calendar is in shops already – use the store finder tool to locate your nearest shop.
Sadly, B&M doesn’t offer an online delivery service.
The next cheapest gin advent calendar we could find, which also contains 12 bottles of booze, costs £39.99 plus £4.99 delivery from online retailer The Bottle Club.
However, discounter Home Bargains last year sold a gin advent calendar that was cheaper than B&M's at £29.99.
Home Bargains hasn't said if it'll be selling the same product this year.
As always, please be Drinkaware.
