Kate, Princess of Wales spends a lot of her life in the public eye, and she is famed for her impeccable dress sense, stylish hair and immaculate make-up looks. Kate also has glowing, flawless skin, which could be a result of a healthy balanced diet.
Kate reportedly enjoys a smoothie of blitzed fruit and veg that has been dubbed as looking like “pond water” by some who have tried it themselves.
While it may not sound the most appetising, the green beverage is packed full of nutrients.
Nutrition experts BarBend previously said: “The Princess [may] blend her own antioxidant-filled smoothies, mixing kale, spirulina, matcha, spinach, romaine, and blueberries together in a delicious mix, helping her maintain a natural glow and healthy skin.”
Some reports have also suggested Kate adds coriander leaves to the mix too.
According to a diet expert, this smoothie is a great breakfast if some “quality protein and healthy fats” are added.
Former royal nutritionist Jennifer Hanway told HELLO!: “Kate has a ton of antioxidants in there, a ton of vitamins and minerals, and a ton of fibre – which make for a powerhouse of overall health.
“Everything from the kale to the leafy greens is a really great source of nutrients.”
She added: “I would blend in some great quality protein and some healthy fats as well, which would round that smoothie into a really great balanced breakfast.”

While healthy for the body, Kate’s smoothie choice is thought to reflect her wish to have a flawless visage.
A source told the MailOnline: “Kate already has the perfect figure but her motivation is to achieve radiant skin.”
When it comes to breakfast, the Princess is also thought to be fond of a good old-fashioned bowl of porridge, a hearty breakfast staple that keeps you full all morning.
Kate’s love of fruit and vegetables doesn’t end at breakfast, as she is also thought to love a salad for summer lunchtimes.
Kate’s go-to medley includes pink watermelon, avocado, onion, cucumber and feta cheese.
For the dressing, olive oil is mixed with some apple cider vinegar, lime juice and a scattering of flavoursome mint.
Kate knows a healthy diet has to be balanced, and she has spoken before about her favourite meals and treats.
Kate famously likes spicy curry and told BBC Radio 1 in 2017 that it was her number one takeaway choice.
But it seems her husband Prince William isn’t a huge fan of the heat, and he’s previously noted that he loves a tikka masala.
He once told That Peter Crouch Podcast: “Chicken masala, love that, a bit of flavour – I’m not a vindaloo man put it that way.”
Kate is also thought to love a roast chicken for dinner and she enjoys making pasta and pizza with her three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Kate also bakes with her children and pictures of her making Platinum Jubilee treats were posted to the Kensington Palace Instagram account earlier this year.
And when it’s time for dessert, Kate is a huge fan of a British classic – sticky toffee pudding.
Chef Rody Warot formerly of the Old Boot Inn in Stanford Dingley, a village in Berkshire, previously told PEOPLE: “Her favourite is sticky toffee pudding. It’s moist and spongy.”
