From Lucie Donlan to Molly Smith, stars are loving the Itchy Head pose that promises to elongate your body. 

The pose is simple – all you have to do is raise your arm to your head with your elbow out. 

In doing so you elongate your body and gives you the opportunity to showcase your figure in full view.

The Love Islanders can’t get enough of the craze, with Gabby Allen, Montana Brown and Ellie Brown all posing up a storm. 

It doesn’t even have to be done standing up, as Eve Gale demonstrated it while perched on a wall. 

The Itchy Head pose is fast becoming a staple for celebrity travel photos, and has been seen in front of sun-soaked backdrops such as Dubai and Maldives. 

Francesca Allen even nailed it on the side of a yacht, so the world truly is your oyster.
