Queen Letizia looked sophisticated as always as she was pictured at her home with her husband, King Felipe. The pair welcomed Spain’s men’s water polo team, as well as the Minister of Culture and Sport, Miquel Iceta.
Letizia welcomed the men’s water polo team wearing a geometric print black and white top and a pair of smart trousers.
Her top was tight and sleeveless, while her trousers were her favourite black, wide-legged pair.
Letizia is a fan of a top-and-trouser combo and looked elegant as she walked along the corridors of Zarzuela Palace to receive the sports team.
She completed the look with a pair of shiny, bronze-coloured chunky heels.

Letizia accessorised with gold hoops studded with tiny diamonds, called the Shewel Triple Hoops from jewellers Gold and Roses.
She often dons the earrings and did so earlier this week, on October 5, to give a speech in Madrid to mark Mental Health Day.
The Spanish Queen wore a confetti print, navy blue dress by Massimo Dutti, which featured long sleeeves and a flowing, ankle-grazing skirt.
Today, the royal also donned her favourite gold, oval-shaped ring on the index finger of her left hand.

Letizia’s hair was styled in natural waves and she wore her usual make-up look of light auburn eyeshadow, lashings of black mascara, and a slick of lipgloss.
This was Letizia’s second monochrome look this week.
Yesterday, October 6, the Spanish Queen stepped out in a bespoke Felipe Varela white dress adorned with black flowers.
The dress featured a high neck, a swishing skirt, and a thick belt around its middle.
Letizia completed the look with a pair of Prada heels and a Lamberston Truex clutch bag.
The heels were the Pointed Toe 100 Black Leather Pumps, while the bag was the Frame Clutch Bag in black.
The royal has been seen wearing the heels in the past, but the bag seemed to be new.
This was a bold black and white look which Letizia has donned before: the Spanish Queen wore the same Varela dress back in 2017.
But at the time, Letizia’s hair was pulled back in a low bun, making the look slightly different to yesterday’s, where her hair was styled in waves.
Royal fans were quick to comment on the royal’s look yesterday, but some said they preferred the way Letiza styled the dress in 2017 – with the updo.
User @royalcouturier said: “One of my favourite dresses. Glad to see it again. I prefer the 2017 hairdo.”
User @ale_campos_gua added: “In love with this dress, although the first styling was better.”
