In honour of the Duchess of Sussex’s 39th birthday yesterday, The Milestone Hotel & Residences in London revealed their “Meghan” suite is named after the royal.

Taking to Twitter, the boutique hotel said: “Today, we wish Meghan Markle a very happy birthday!

“Did you know that our Meghan Suite is named after the Duchess of Sussex? The suite seamlessly blends a strength of presence with refined modern style, all while remaining light-filled and airy.”

The Meghan Suite is aptly located just a stone’s throw away from her former home, Kensington Palace, and boasts views over the stunning gardens.

Guests can expect treatment fit for royalty, as the suite comes with 24-hour butler service and a bottle of champagne upon arrival.

The spectacular room features a large black-and-white marble bathroom and a handmade Savoir bed which has custom-designed Indian silks.

You can also take advantage of the complimentary one-way airport transfer or Afternoon Tea for two.

Or alternatively tuck into complimentary canapés delivered each evening from 6pm or be whisked to a London restaurant using the private chauffeured transfer service.

The website says: “With a large striking black and white marble bathroom magnificently set behind majestic bronzed mirrored double doors and the added convenience of all modern comforts as well as the hotel’s unrivalled hospitality and service, this unique light-filled Signature Suite is the essence of refined modern royal style and exceedingly comfortable easy-living.”

This comes with a lounge that has seating for five and a child’s day bed, as well as an open plan kitchen and dining area.

It is not known if any of the royals have stayed at the hotel.
