ARE you looking to get fit, healthy and in shape for 2023, without breaking too much of a sweat?
A fitness pro has you covered, as they have revealed what they think is the best fat-burning method for January.
Fortunately, all it involves is walking – but not as you know it, or are used to.
Instead, fitness fanatic Layla, who runs TikTok account @liftwithlayla, says it’s time to mix-up your gym routine with a high incline walk that’s guaranteed to give you results.
Uploading a video of herself walking on a treadmill, she said: “Me trying to explain to people that walking on a treadmill around 15 incline/ 3 mph keeps muscle growth and burns fat faster than jogging or running.”
Layla then went on to share how this should be implemented into your exercise regime, and the optimum time to notice a difference.
