The Redditor, who is unnamed, invited curious fans to ask him about life working at the store.
One person asked: “What is the one Trader Joe’s product that you could not live without? (Tahitian Vanilla Caramel balls for me).”
The worker responded: “Japanese Style Fried Rice. F**king awesomeness, seriously edamame and seaweed in fried rice? Delicious.”
The rice contains edamame beans – a vegetable that’s commonly used in East Asian cookery – and seaweed.
Fans have gushed over the rice in reviews online, with one saying that they’re going to buy bags in bulk to stock up.
