I spruced up my old patio furniture with a bargain £11 buy from Shein – they look so posh and chic now | The Sun

AS THE weather warms up more of us will be spending more time outside, but after months of wind and rain your patio furniture might've seen better days.

That's why one savvy shopper decided to spruce hers up with a bargain buy from Shein.

Wanting to give her old rattan garden chairs a new lease of life, the shopper decided to save money by adding new cushion covers, rather than forking out for a entirely new set.

She got her hands on a set of tropical print seat covers from Shein and they were super cheap too.

The cover for the two seater chair was £4.50, and the single chairs were £3 each – meaning she was able to deck out her entire garden set for under £11.

Posting in the Facebook group Mrs Hinch Made Me Do It, she showed off her bargain find.

"Delighted with my seat cover from Shein… cheap and cheerful," she wrote in the post alongside the pictures of the swanky seat covers.

The covers are available in loads of different patterns and colours, including bright florals, muted greys and chic geometric designs, so there's something for everyone's taste.

And because they're so stretchy they fit most garden furniture too.

That said, the seat covers aren't waterproof, so if you want them to look posh all summer long it's best to bring them inside when it rains.
