I have a window right by my shower but made it private with my $31.99 Amazon DIY buy – it looks really pretty | The Sun
A CONTENT producer and homeowner has found a nifty solution to turn her overly-exposed bathroom window into a private one.
As it stood, it was in full view of passersby making showers difficult and potentially embarrassing.
But she found a way to make this shower space secluded thanks to a $31.99 Amazon DIY buy – and it looked pretty too.
“OK, y’all, [my] first project of the house," announced Pia (@sophiacuerquis).
She has a huge TikTok presence with 1.3million followers and 95.3million likes.
“Good things happen here," is how she describes her platform.

Pia certainly lived up to that expectation in her post where she deftly resolved her bathroom's privacy issue.
“This window, literally, you can see straight into my bathroom. You can literally see me showering," she said standing in front of the offending space.
She was not exaggerating. Her bathtub sat right in front of the opening and the shower to one side.
Eager to find a solution and create a space free from prying eyes, she found just what she was looking for on Amazon.

“Ordered this privacy screen. I wanted one that’s kind of pretty and when the light hits it, it shows like rainbows," she said.
It arrived and had to be cut and measured to fit the window. She had to learn quickly.
“So this is the brand Rabbit Goo window film," she wrote.
“Honestly, being a homeowner, there are so many things you just don’t know about."
After making the roll fit the window, she sprayed the glass, then pressed the cut film carefully onto the pane.
When she had finished the job, she was delighted.
“This is really pretty. It looks so good."
But the real test, she figured, was at night time. Would it be as effective then too?
Pia appeared happy with it then too.
“Pretty good. Like you can see the silhouette," she said but was more than satisfied with her handy work.
There were 73,000 likes to her post. Many commenters vouched for its effectiveness.
“I have the exact same one in my bathroom. And it’s so pretty when there is sun," said this person.
Another viewer agreed: "This stuff works amazing. I had it for my first college apartment. It will stay forever and is so easy to unstick."
