But not Jes Gragg-Hampton, who has told how she's proudly ditched her underwear in favour of going commando.

"Wearing underwear isn't necessary," she claims, in a clip shared to TikTok.

"Your discharge will decrease if you stop wearing them.

"You should let your private parts breathe at night.

"Going commando is healthier than wearing a thong."

Jes then goes on to share one of the most common assumptions she receives from strangers when she reveals all about her lifestyle choices.
