The Duchess has loved the designer heels long before she met Prince Harry. In fact, in June 2016 she posted a picture to Instagram boasting her shoe closet.
Aquazzura heels were featured among the many glamorous shoes.
The brand was founded by Edgardo Osorio and the name means in Italian “blue water”.
The Colombian-born designer, based in Italy, focuses on sophistication and sexy style, pairing perfectly with Meghan’s classically chic look.
Meghan wore the £420 “Matilde” suede stilettos for her engagement announcement with Prince Harry.
Perhaps most poignantly, Meghan wore the heels for her wedding too, cementing them among her all-time favourites.

Meghan wore a bespoke shoe from the brand, a take on the White Silver Nappa Leather Mesh Studded Court, for her wedding, which featured mint blue soles.
Not only did Meghan wear Aquazurra shoes on her wedding day, so did her mother Doria Ragland.
Even her young bridesmaids, including the daughter of Prince William and Kate Middleton, Princess Charlotte, wore bespoke Aquazurra shoes.
All these shoes were adorable embroidered with the bridesmaids’ initials.

Meghan owns a great number of shoes from the brand.
This includes the “Matilde” suede stilettos, £420, the £600 “Amazon” sandals and the £490 “Wild Thing” fringed sandals.
She also owns the “Milano” cut out suede pump, £540, and the “Casablanca” 85 multi-strap suede pump, £540.
Meghan has also worn the Sexy Thing Lace Up Bootie in nude suede and the Matilde in black suede, £420. This totals at least £2,500 spent on the brand by the Duchess.
Edgardo Osorio told the Sun: “Meghan likes strappy, sophisticated, sexy shoes, which is very much our style. Her look tends to be elegant, simple and sleek, and she always accentuates with a beautiful pair of shoes.
“In the picture of her shoe wardrobe, I counted at least six of our pairs — including the £420 ‘Matilde’ suede stilettos, the £600 ‘Amazon’ sandals and the £490 ‘Wild Thing’ fringed sandals.
“It’s wonderful she enjoys wearing them.”
Meghan and Prince Harry appeared in a bombshell tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey on Monday last week.
Sitting down in Oprah’s glamorous garden, Meghan wore a £3,000 Giorgio Armani dress.
The Duchess went for the ‘long triple silk georgette dress’, which featured a deep neckline with floral embroidery.
The description of the dress reads: “This triple silk georgette dress is sensuous with a subtle, refined twist.
“Its value and prestige are increased by the large quantity of fabric used. The style features a deep front neckline, frontal foliage embroidery and matching belt.”
Meghan wore a £125,000 bracelet once belonging to Princess Diana too.
Speaking to Express.co.uk, Alexandra Michell, Gemologist Prestige Pawnbrokers of Channel 4’s Posh Pawn said: “This is a diamond tennis bracelet in platinum or white gold by Cartier.
“Each stone could be as large as 0.80cts, which would make the total carat weight of the bracelet over 20cts!”
It is also thought to be the same bracelet that was used to make the Duchess’ three-stone engagement ring from Harry.
Princess Diana added the stunning piece to her outfits on several occasions, especially for royal engagements and events.
