REALITY CHECK! Instagram isn't real life ?‍♀️ There's a reason I've been posting #throwback pics the last couple of days, and that's because I've been hit with full on bloating (I'm not pregnant!!). I almost didn't post this, but trainers have bad days too and it's important to share the highs and the lows with you. Sensitive tum… TTOM… stress bloating… that’s me ? It gets so bad sometimes my clothes don’t fit. I swear it’s like my gut has access to my calendar, cos my bad tummy often hits right before I'm about to shoot fitness videos. Your body has a powerful way of reminding you about the importance of balance, so when the bloating hits that's what I try to remember. Don’t over train, over eat, over stress, over commit, overwhelm – you'll end up worse in the long run. That goes for the unders too – don't under eat or under train. Your body (and gut) needs a balance of good food and movement to be happy. I’m often asked my number one tip for gut health and I say MOVE. Yup it can be uncomfortable, but it'll make you feel better I promise. ❤️

The mum-of-one, 34, shared the snap on Instagram on Thursday, saying: "I've been hit with full on bloating (I'm not pregnant!!).

"I almost didn't post this, but trainers have bad days too and it's important to share the highs and the lows with you."

Tiffiny admitted she's prone to stress bloating, food sensitivity and bloating when she's on her period.

"It gets so bad sometimes my clothes don’t fit," she added.

"Your body has a powerful way of reminding you about the importance of balance, so when the bloating hits that's what I try to remember."

Tiffiny welcomed her first son Arnold in September last year – and has taken a "slow and steady" approach to getting her pre-baby body back.

“I didn’t have a six pack three weeks later. People say ‘Please give me a magic pill Tiff!’ But it’s just consistency and discipline. It’s really boring,” she told news.com.au in April.

She was a Gladiator during an Aussie revival of the popular show back in 2008, playing Angel, and joined The Biggest Loser Australia as a fitness expert in 2011.

In more health news, a couple whose daughter had pioneering spine surgery while still in the WOMB have welcomed a healthy baby girl.

While a 64-year-old male doctor has claimed MEN experience the menopause too – and says he takes testosterone drugs to boost libido.

And this mum was refused a second smear test, and now she's battling stage four cervical cancer.
