Biggest Loser trainer shows off ‘pregnant’ bloated tummy and admits ‘my clothes don’t fit me’ on her worst days
Tiffiny Hall, of The Biggest Loser Australia fame, normally has rock hard abs – but revealed her body does always look like that.
The mum-of-one, 34, shared the snap on Instagram on Thursday, saying: "I've been hit with full on bloating (I'm not pregnant!!).
"I almost didn't post this, but trainers have bad days too and it's important to share the highs and the lows with you."
Tiffiny admitted she's prone to stress bloating, food sensitivity and bloating when she's on her period.
"It gets so bad sometimes my clothes don’t fit," she added.
"Your body has a powerful way of reminding you about the importance of balance, so when the bloating hits that's what I try to remember."
Tiffiny welcomed her first son Arnold in September last year – and has taken a "slow and steady" approach to getting her pre-baby body back.
“I didn’t have a six pack three weeks later. People say ‘Please give me a magic pill Tiff!’ But it’s just consistency and discipline. It’s really boring,” she told news.com.au in April.
