Stacey Solomon has shared an unintentionally funny video of herself trying on a veil and being left horrified by the end result.

The mum-of-three, who returned to social media after taking a break, took to her Instagram stories to try on the wedding veil and left her fans in stitches.

In the first clip, the 31 year old can be seen adjusting the veil on her head as she says: "I wanted to see what I looked like in a veil."

After putting it on, the Loose Women star wasn't too happy and said: "Not good apparently. Why do I look like something out of Downton Abbey?"

Alongside it, she wrote: "I actually wish I never did this. Why do I look like a shepherd?" with a crying tears emoji.

In the next clip, she optimistically says, "Maybe it's because it's not pulled forward," and proceeds to lift the veil over her face.

But that didn't help make it better for Stacey, as she expressed: "Oh no, it looks like I've got the plague. I'm not gonna suit a veil."

The singer hilariously captioned it: "Forward is even worse omg I can't wear a veil. I look like I'm going to a funeral not a wedding. This has ruined my day."
