Cara De La Hoyde has been commended for her honesty as she revealed the parts of motherhood that “no one tells you”.
The 30 year old Love Island winner, who recently gave birth to her second child after being rushed to hospital, shared a snap of herself cuddling with her newborn daughter, who's name she is yet to announce, and son Freddie-George in bed and got candid with fans in the caption.
In the image, Cara wore a grey vest top and had her dark hair scooped into a ponytail while she snuggled with her adorable two year old son and the newborn tot, who has her face covered with an emoji and is wearing a white baby sleep suit with pink flowers on it.
In the caption, Cara revealed she was on cloud nine after welcoming her second child with husband Nathan Massey.

She wrote: “I may look absolutely shattered but I’m so in [red heart emoji] right now”.
But, it was then next part of her caption which received praised from some of her 1.1million Instagram followers.
Cara admitted: “P.s reality of a new mum bleeding, back ache, sore nipples & still looking pregnant no one tells you these bits (but it’s so worth it )”.
The beautifully candid share received more than 115,000 likes from fans and plenty commented to compliment the star.
One wrote: “Well you look pretty good to me. Congratulations”, followed by a kissing emoji.
While another agreed with the star as they said: “birth is a mixture of both and it's beautiful!”

And a third added: “So true…#newmom here, my nurses didn't tell me I had clots in the shower whilst they assisted, I'd have freaked out but yes it's all worth it indeed… The love is unreal”.
And a third gushed: “Looking beautiful though and definitely have that new Mum glow! Congratulations x”.
Meanwhile, Cara shared a photo of herself in nothing but a pair of knickers on her Instagram story and wrote on top: "The reality of having a baby".
