Lewis Capaldi has finally learned what a kegel is, thanks to Cardi B’s song WAP.
The star – in his 23 glorious years – never knew that a kegel was an exercise to strengthen pelvic floor muscles.
‘Spit in my mouth, look in my eyes, I do a kegel while it’s inside,’ the Somebody You Loved singer rapped, reciting Cardi and Megan Thee Stallion’s hit song.
‘I thought a kegel is what a horse did when it kicked back but apparently it’s clench and releasing exercises to help something with the vagina.’
Who said WAP wasn’t educational?
The star went on to thank Cardi for teaching him the definition of a kegel.
‘It’s clench and releasing exercises to strengthen or tighten the pelvic floor,’ he said again, clearly coming to terms with the discovery. ‘Some women do them for their vaginas… to tighten them. Big thanks to Cardi B.’
Meanwhile, the WAP rapper revealed the three words that she will never utter in any of her songs.
Although she may be a rapper known for her explicit lyrics, even she has her own limits and it just saves Lewis from having to make anymore shocking discoveries.
During an appearance on the Kyle and Jackie O radio show, Cardi revealed that she dislikes the terms ‘moist’, ‘discharge’ and ‘horchata’.
‘I mean, ugh, “discharge” is kind of gross,’ she explained. ‘A cringy word to me is “moist”. I just hate it.
‘And I hate the word “horchata”. It’s a Mexican drink. It’s really good, but I just hate that word.’
