Former TOWIE star James Argent is looking slimmer than ever as he showed off his incredible 9.5 stone weight loss on an evening out in Spain.
Arg is currently enjoying the rest of the Spanish sun and was spotted at his friend Elliott Wright's restaurant Olivia's, which was hit by a fire just a few months ago.
The 33 year old was photographed outside the restaurant in black trousers and a light pink shirt paired with black shoes and his hair in a curly style.
James jetted off to Mijas at the beginning of the season and is now enjoying the last of the warm weather.
He has been undergoing a huge transformation since his intensive gastric sleeve surgery earlier this year.
In April of this year the star underwent the lifesaving surgery after his weight hit 27 stone during thr coronavirus lockdown.
Arg's drug and drink problem turned into a junk food problem when coronavirus meant that gyms closed and James couldn't do his usual swimming.
But doctors told James that if he didn't lose weight then he could end up losing his life.
In a post to Instagram back in April, Arg proudly shared: "Today Is the First Day of the Rest of My Life. My weight loss journey has STARTED.
"I’ve had my gastric sleeve surgery with the incredible team at @wearetransform. I’ve struggled with my weight for years but I'm finally ready both physically & mentally to do something about it.
"The next few months are going to be tough but I’m determined to reclaim my life! NEW CHAPTER."
Speaking to The Sun after his operation, James said: "This is the biggest operation I’ve ever had in my life, so I was scared.
"I did say to the surgeon, ‘Is there a chance I might not wake up?’ He said there was a small chance."
James has lost an impressive amount of weight so far but wants to half his original weight and get to 14 stone.
He also performed at Marbella restaurant Olivia's last month.
James filmed himself at Olivia's La Cala, which has rebranded and now includes a Turkish restaurant on the top floor.
He said: "Ladies and gentlemen I am back in Olivia's La Cala. Got the funnyman Elliot Wright in his new Turkish restaurant Anka Kuşu."
Olivia's reopened after 12 weeks after it was ruined by a fire, which was also not long after Elliot's dad sadly died of Covid.
