EastEnders actor Bobby Brazier has revealed the bizarre way that he is preparing to become an "elegant" dancer on Strictly Come Dancing later this year.
Bobby has been announced as one of 15 celebrities taking on the dancing challenge in a bid to walk home with the Glitterball trophy.
Strictly will return to our screens later this year, but Bobby is already doing some small things that he feels will help him on the show.
One of those things is sleeping on his bedroom floor rather than in his normal bed.
The 20 year old decided to share his new way of sleeping with his followers on Instagram in a topless video.
Bobby said: "Good morning everyone I just got up out of bed. I slept on the floor last night.
"Do you think the floor will help me with my posture? So I can become a nice elegant dancer?
"I sleep on the floor so that I can wake up earlier. Didn’t work this morning because I laid back down."
Before Bobby finished the video, he had an important career update to give his fans.
He revealed the good news that he has made the shortlist for the Rising Star National Television Award.
Looking proud and emotional, Bobby said: "So thank you so much if you voted for the right for me to win the Rising Star National Television Award.
"I've made the shortlist which means the votes have reopened again."
The nomination is for Bobby's part in EastEnders, where he plays Freddie Slater.
He arrived in the Square in 2022, and he has become one of the biggest personalities in Walford.
However, instead of the Queen Vic, fans will be able to watch Bobby on the dancefloor on a Saturday night soon.
His involvement in the show was confirmed on BBC Breakfast on Wednesday, 9 August.
At the time, Bobby shared his excitement by saying: "I’m so excited to be part of the Strictly line up, I can’t wait to start training like a professional dancer and adding a few moves to my locker.
"I'm looking forward to performing in front of everyone it's going to be so much fun!"
Bobby is the son of Jeff Brazier and the late Jade Goody, and Jeff shared a sweet tribute to his son after the announcement.
Jeff, 44, shared the announcement video and wrote: "Go on the boy" followed by a red heart emoji.
While Jeff's wife, Kate Dwyer, also shared the video and wrote: "Proud of you @bobbybrazier."
