Loose Women host Christine Lampard marked her daughter Patricia’s second birthday online yesterday. The 41-year-old television star, who shares the two-year-old toddler with husband Frank Lampard, gave fans an insight into the family’s celebrations by posting a series of photos on Instagram.

“Our little girl is the big 2 already!” Christine informed her 459,000 followers.

Referring to the current coronavirus restrictions, which limit the number of people who are allowed to gather for social occasions, the ITV star continued: “We mightn’t have been able to have a big party but we made up for it with a #peppapig cake, presents and plenty of balloons.”

The mum-of-one then shared pictures of the beautiful birthday balloons along with a selection of neatly wrapped presents next to the all-important Peppa Pig cake.

She then went on to tag the people who helped make the occasion special: “balloonguyscompany @partiesandsigns @jadesbakes2020 @fondant_fleur_cakes_.”

Several famous faces and co-stars took to the comments section to send messages to the youngster, including fellow Loose Women panellist Andrea McLean, who wrote: “Awwwww!!! Happy birthday xx.”

“Awwwww happy birthday Patricia!!” added co-host Nadia Sawalha.

Meanwhile ITV star Lorraine Kelly simply remarked: “Lovely.”

Pal and fellow TV presenter Holly Willoughby also sent well wishes to the birthday girl: “Happy birthday beautiful Patrica,” while Spice Girl Emma Bunton added: “Gorgeous birthday girl. Sending love.”

“Ah Peppa-sounds familiar,” remarked GMB Weather presenter Laura Tobin who is also mum to a young daughter.

“It’s so refreshing to see that there isn’t mountains of gifts like a lot of celebs do,” remarked one follower in the comments section of the picture, before adding: “You’re really down to earth Happy birthday Patricia.”

Sharing a similar thought, another social media user added: “I thought exactly the same, a normal family celebration for a little girl who is loved but without showing off.”

A third follower remarked: “How is Patricia 2 already!”
